|
ScheduleThe NVRRWP is progressing as planned. On January 9, 2015 the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) issued a Draft Environmental Impact Statement/ Environmental Impact Report. The culmination of this effort was preceded by the USBR’s commitment to a portion of the funding of the Phase 1 Feasibility Study, which was completed in 2013. This study confirmed the NVRRWP stakeholder objectives and laid the groundwork for the project. The NVRRWP and the USBR held a public meeting on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 to solicit comments on the draft EIS/EIR.
